 Passover, 2013
Lubbock, Texas

Family Pictures
We got there a little later then some of the families and I didn't get everyone's picture. Hopefully next year I'll get everyone's.  We had such a good time getting to see everyone, and spend time with them. Dylan loves meeting new people and after a few minutes of being shy was going to everyone. He fell in love with a little girl, and was never too far away from her. It was really fun for me to get to see the traditions that Ben grew up with. This was Ben's fathers favorite holiday, and I think that he was on everyone's mind throughout the day. He was missed very much. This was such a special meal, and time with his family. We had such a good time and are looking forward to next year.

Josh told the story of passover, and then we started to eat.
The meal started with bitter herbs, unleavened bread, meat and vegetables, an apple cinnamon desert, and wine or juice.
Dylan was a bit of a wild thing and was done eating after a few bites, and then once on the floor did a bit of break dancing. He likes to be the life of the party. After dinner Grandma Mary had gifts for all the grandkids. Dylan got a Cars book, with a stuffed animal. He loves reading books, and its still one of his favorites. We had such a good time. We are excited to live closer and be able to attend more family events.
