 New Members of the Family

 We have new pets Thunderbolt, and Hawkeye. Dylan loves birds, and we would go feed the birds at the park. Since Dylan has been sick a lot, and will be stuck at home a lot this winter, he got to choose two birds to come live at our house. He loves his pet birds, and can watch them for ages. I've always been a little nervous about birds, but finiches don't want to be touched, they just want to be looked out. So it works out well for all of us. They are pretty cool to watch, but can be messy with their seeds. Right now they have some eggs in their nest they are sitting on, so we might have baby birds one day.

 Caliber is the other new member of the family. He's a bi-black Sheltie puppy. We got him when he was 10 weeks old. He is such a sweet boy, he loves to sit on your lap, and play with everyone. He loves the other dogs, and found out that he and Maverick can take down Stetson. Although Stetson doesn't stay down long, and then they had better run away fast. He is already pottie trained, and kennel trained. He's learning to walk on a leash, but it's not his favorite. He loves toys and likes to have them all out at once. He's good at playing with a ball, and we're hoping that he's going to be a flyball dog when he grows up.
