Spring Break, 2012
We started out our trip with a bubble gum blowing contest. I am proud to say
I was second place, and Aaron got first. Don't know why I only have pictures of the losers. lol. Dylan was pretty excited to be in the car with other people in the backseat with him. We had one stop along the way to eat lunch, and get gas. Next stop Oceanside, CA.

We had seven days of vacation at Oceanside. So due to my lack of being able to edit pictures, I will be posting several posts with some of the different things we did while on vacation. It was so pretty there, it's right on the harbor and a little further down is the beach. We had some pretty nice sunshiny days, but mornings and evenings were pretty chilly. I fell in love with having a baby bjorn on this trip. We had a stroller and the baby carrier was just so much easier, and kept Dylan out of the wind better. Jeremy and Brittney came with their family for part of the time, and it was fun to get to play with them. Justin, Jessica, and Jenny and Aaron came. It was nice to have a three bedroom condo. Mom and Dad had the master bedroom. Jeremy and Brittney had a bedroom, and I shared with Jessica and Dylan. Justin had the couch and Jenny and Aaron had the murphy bed. It was right next to Camp Pendleton so we went and got grocery's at the commissary. There were helicopters flying all the time, so it felt like home.

A few weeks ago we got Dylan's picture taken at the BX. They came back today and I was so excited that I had to put some of them up right away, even though I'm so behind on my blog. The guy that was taking the picture was impressed with Dylan, said he was the easiest baby that he's taken pictures of. Dylan had no problem smiling for the pictures. They had all the pictures done in canvas, and printed really nice, looking very old fashioned. I had to check with Ben to see if I could get a more expensive package, so I could get the CD, and share some of his pictures. Ben said we could, so here you go. Hope you enjoy.
